Our Companies

Charting new paths and turning ideas into reality.

Guiding Principles

Charting new paths.
Guided by trust, impact and insight.

Charting New Paths

Leaders always have a choice, a new road, to consider: keep things as they are, or imagine a better future – a bold and new way to bring value to the world.

Two Roads Group helps leaders chart the new paths and work together to bring them to life.

Trust

We trust in people’s ability to imagine and pursue bold, new paths. Together, we are charged to thrive and hold ourselves accountable for progress.

We support the pioneers as they navigate those paths and help turn ideas into reality.

Impact

We believe innovation in industry can be a powerful driver of good, and accelerating and supporting this innovation is important for us all.

The impact of industry is not just in what it makes, but what it makes possible for the world. Industry does not just make things: cars, cell phones, satellites and cereals. Industry makes the world more connected; more healthy; more fun. Industry feeds and powers the world.

At Two Roads, we aspire to help make the companies that will remake the world.

Insight

The digitization of industrial operations – how we conceptualize, design, make, service and experience products – will fundamentally transform the world.

This wave of innovation brings great opportunities and serious challenges. Established industrial firms need to acquire and build new capabilities, while overcoming legacy mindsets and ways of working. Startups have an enormous white space to pursue, but difficult incumbent challenges to overcome.

The leadership of TRG has created the vision, strategies and execution roadmaps for digital innovation for individual companies, startups, and industry consortia. Two Roads Group and our network will provide this acumen to our partners.
